Argentine Kitchen & Bar · Pilsen, Chicago
Bold asado, handcrafted cocktails, and the kind of warmth that turns a Tuesday dinner into a memory. No reservations required — just show up hungry.
Our Story
Habibti — which means "my love" in Arabic — is our way of saying welcome. We opened our doors in Pilsen with one conviction: that the best meals happen when people gather around something real.
Our kitchen draws from the asado traditions of Argentina's pampas — slow-cooked meats, Chimichurri made from scratch, empanadas folded by hand — and blends them with the warmth of a home where everyone is invited. Every dish carries that same spirit of hospitality.
The Experience
Everything we do is designed around one question: how do we make you feel like you belong here?
From the terracotta tones of our dining room to the way our hosts greet you by name — this is a place that feels lived-in and loved.
Our grill is the heart of the kitchen. Every cut of meat, every vegetable, passes through open flame — that's where the flavor lives.
Our bar program celebrates Argentine spirits — Pisco, Malbec, Patagonian herbs — reimagined with modern technique and old-world generosity.
Kind Words
"The asado changed everything I thought I knew about grilled meat. We came for happy hour and stayed for three hours. The staff made us feel like family."
"Best empanadas in Chicago, hands down. The Malbec sour is unreal — I ordered two. This place is a Pilsen gem and I'm telling everyone about it."
"We celebrated my birthday here and the team went above and beyond. The locro was the best soup I've ever had, and the atmosphere is just perfect."
